Unless we understand Genesis 6, in my opinion, it's almost impossible to understand the rest of Scripture.

We go back to Genesis 6 and we read, the sons of God saw the daughters of men, and they desired them,

and marry whomever they chose, and giants were born, and Nephileem were on the earth and also

afterwards. And from that on Holy Union came the flood. These were the watchers who governed

the physical world before the flood.

They were supposed to be helping humankind, but when they rebel, they commit these violations against the laws of creation.

Very powerful angels came down, and they mingled with humans.

So there was a saturation, an intermarriage,

between angels and humans and then through intermarriage

this was spreading over hundreds of years

until finally, by the time we reached Noah,

he's the last specimen left that has a genetic makeup,

his DNA, as God had made it.

If you asked a Jew, hey, why is the world the mess that it is?

Why is human to poverty so bad?

They would say the real impact is the sin of the Watchers.

Because when the Watchers sin like this, they also teach humanity lots of things that corrupt humanity.

Every major ancient civilization has a similar narrative of the gods,

these entities, these beings descending from heaven,

and commingling with the human race, taking from among the children of men,
