This is 15 minutes of freedom. I'm your host elite life optimization coach Ryan Nidell in today's episode is entitled Love. Today I want to give you just a little bit of my heart if you don't mind receiving it.

So some fascinating things that have happened to me since returning from rhythmia, right? The Life Advancement

Center down in Costa Rica. I was so incredibly fortunate to spend a full week there, right?

And it's, there's so much that transpired during that week not only in the

environment and with my wife and I but also internal healing that I would have said I didn't know that I actually needed.

I would have said I didn't know I needed it because I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars and now thousands of hours working on who I am as a person and who I am as a man and who I am as a father and a husband and a leader.

I take great pride in the effort that I put into growing myself.

And so I went into this experience with no real expectations.

You see, the medicine have been calling me for quite some time,

but I didn't really know why.

On the backside of the event as I come home I'm realizing more and more here I am a mere four days

removed from our return flight. Actually at this point in time, seven full days ago, I was getting ready to enter into the fourth and final Iowasca ceremony.

But as I am back into quote-unquote normal society, I realize I needed to feel and

share more love there.

And not only while I'm there, but also as I'm back here.

You see, at some point in my mind, everything is energy.

Everything has its own frequency and vibration.

The words that come out of my mouth and into this microphone are hitting your ears based off

of literal vibrational forces. But not only the physical manifestation of the

auditory triggers that are vibrating through your speakers or through your

headphones. But my words and their intentionality in the way that they show up
