I have Kelly Lynch. Kelly, pleasure to have you on the show.

Now I like to start with a question to bring the listeners in, right?

Because it's getting news all well I'm good and all your accolades we're going to get to that but you're like a

multifaceted business owner right you have a practice as well as a coaching business

and some different piece in parts in between so if someone was thinking about jumping into that entrepreneurial space,

whether it be a coach, whether it's going to school

to become a therapist, what's a lesson that you think every,

I'll say budding entrepreneur should be able to have in their repertoire and their tool

about them.

Patience, I'm in trouble because I still don't have that, Kelly. You know, I think that, you know, if you're looking to get into the business world,

one of the biggest things that anybody should be prepared for is to play the long game and

to really understand what that looks like and just be prepared for the

patience that it takes to just sit in the middle of that and how uncomfortable it can be at times because it's a roller coaster

but to really just enjoy the ride

while you're going up and down on it.

And that is a very well stated synopsis of what entrepreneurs really is, is that roller coaster ride.

Yep.

But your life, as much as all of ours have, but I think yours is an extreme case of what you've been through.

You've had a roller coaster of relationships and triumph and rebuilding and just all the stuff that's you.
