along. Christians have this idea that they're going to be out of here before any of the things

that are prophesied about happening. And the decisions you make under that false pretense would be

catastrophic. Are we in the time of Jacob's trouble? No, not yet.

But these are the birthings and they're going to get more and more severe as time goes on

and they're going to give birth to what? The tribulation.

Then shall they see the Son of Man coming in the cloud with power and great glory.

And when these things begin to come to pass, look up and lift up your heads for your redemption draweth nine.

You've been created the image of God. God wants you in heaven. He's given you his word.

And he's told us about the future that we might be ready

to meet Jesus today and also able to discern the times and the seasons in which we live.

Well, welcome back to the podcast. Today, we're going to be diving into Revelation chapter 13,

and we're going to expound on the beast empire that the dragon will create for himself.

If you remember from last episode, we introduced the concept of the seven histories that plays out over the course of chapters 12 through 14.

In chapter 12, we introduced the history of the woman and the history of the dragon,

where John appears to have witnessed an overall timeline of the seed war, from the enmity that was

placed between the seed of the woman and the seed of the serpent in the Garden of Eden,

to a final attempt by the dragon to cause as much chaos as possible at the end of time.
