Today’s the day my friends. Today I rejoin the world better known as the iron society. As with many around the country, today marks the day our lives begin to open back up (or at least in Ohio). So how do you feel about that? For me on my first trip to the gym after re-opening, things were a bit odd to say the least. In fact, they were so odd that it simply brought up more questions than answers. On today’s episode, I pontificate on my experience and wonder how exactly we’re supposed to know what’s going on in this world. More importantly I ask, when is all the fear going to stop?
