Annie we need a puppy update. Oh he's good he is 16 weeks old this week and he found this thing I have called the hootie.

It's basically an owl that's stuffed with like buckwheat and lavender and you can

microwave it to make it warm and then put it on whatever body part hurts. It's got some heft to it and

Opus absolutely loved to carry it around and I said to Paul just let him it's heavy so

hopefully it'll just hire him out and Paul, but what if he's using it for strength training?

And then I was having really mixed feelings about him and the hooty,

but he punched enough of a hole in it last night

that it spilled all the buckwheat and so alas, the hootie has gone in the bin no more hootie.

Philip used to say that we should have jam drag around like a truck tire or a really heavy kettle belt. But then he was like Paul, he was like it's probably not a good idea because it would only make him stronger and give him more stamina.

Exactly. Harder to defeat in battle. Puppies are, they're awesome and exhausting, and bitey.
