Summary

Our inverse relationship with money is the limiting factor to achieving, earning, and doing more than what we have. After losing everything I’ve held on to money as if I’ll never have it again. But the minute that I start to give, all of the sudden I receive. And necessarily financially, but in personal power and true happiness. Where in your life could you give more?

I'm your host Ryan Naidel and today's episode is it's not your money so give it away

0:18.6

In today's episode I'm going to share with you why I feel that the inverse relationship that you or I might have

0:26.2

with money is actually the limiting factor on allowing us to have more than we

0:30.7

have today. So the middle of last week I'm driving around and my

0:36.8

gas light comes on. You know that pesky light that says you have to stop at a gas station

0:41.0

and fill up your car with somewhere between $30 and $70

0:43.2

0:46.0

world for me, not because my time is at value, valuable, it's just, it's like,

0:49.7

man, I gotta do something else, it kind of slows me down. And I'm notoriously the guy that pushes my gas all the way to the limit.

0:56.0

So it's nice when that gas light comes on it because it lets me know I have another 50 or 70 miles to drive

1:00.0

before I'm truly out of gas.

1:02.0

So then I race back and forth and count down until my mile timer says five miles.

1:07.8

And then I start to panic with, oh shoot, where can I get the gas?

1:10.4

Like I delay this until the absolute last moment. That was the story of

1:14.5

last Wednesday. You know I delayed delayed delayed delayed and as I'm driving from the

1:18.6

gym in the morning to get on the highway to drive to the office I have to stop in a

1:22.3

gas station like I know I'm not going to make to the office, I have to stop in a gas station.

1:23.0

Like I know I'm not going to make to the office.

1:24.2

I have five miles, the office is seven miles away from where I'm at.

1:26.9

I have to stop right now.
