Here in London, we've had snow that hasn't stuck, but it's been below zero for many days.

And this time last year, if I tell you it was 25 degrees Celsius here, 75 Fahrenheit.

If I look out of the window today, it's morning time in London,

and there are people who are wrapped up like they're heading out onto the streets of New York

on a day in January, it's that cold. And they say, I heard on the radio this morning anyway,
