Two words to say really at the start of this, happy Easter and it's nice to be back here with you.

I had to take a week or so out of things away from the podcast and away from the radio show,

although they played some repeat items, or as they

call them on Coast to Coast AM in America on core presentations. So literally we

didn't have any discontinuity in the shows, they just carried on.

Couple of things have been happening and thank you very much for all of your kind words about my absence.

Number one, I've been helping my sister out.

She quite rightly doesn't want me discussing her details here but she's

had a few things to deal with and I went to assist her. But also as regular

listeners will know I've been having hearing problems lately.

And that stands from an accident, incident that happened in a television studio,

just over 18 months, where extremely loud sound was poured into my ears, leaving me with

a loud level of ringing that subsided to an extent, but these things as those of you who have this, and I know there are so many people who do,

they ebb and they flow, and at the moment it's particularly difficult.

So I'm using a different microphone to record this edition and I'm trying very hard to keep the sound balance

I know that I'm in good company with Tinnitus not only do a lot of you have it and you email me about it

But famous people like William Schaffner and Barbara Striseand apparently have Tinnitus but some names that you would be
