Summary

In Episode 207 I sit down with my friend Jereme Bounds. Jereme is someone I immediately took a liking to, he’s a great human being and easy to talk to and get to know. His kids attend my jiu jitsu class and he recently pulled me aside seeking advice on pursuing health and fitness as he recently tipped the scales at over 300lbs. I shot him straight and told him what I’d recommend he changes, and he jumped all in. It’s only been a week, and I know that’s nothing in the grand scheme of things, but I want to highlight his story as he took those initial steps to change his ways because so many Americans are sitting in that purgatory and failing to get on the path. Every action starts with a thought and then followed by action and I believe Jereme has set his life on a new trajectory. Please enjoy episode 207 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

Fun episode coming at you. I sat down with one of my friends and jiu-jitsu students, Jeremy,

0:09.8

who has recently jumped onto the path of personal excellence. And I think it's cool to talk to someone

0:15.9

that just initially started this journey and kind of the mindset to dive into personal excellence,

0:21.6

as opposed to always talking to people after and they can see all the success and the wins,

0:26.9

which that is great too, right? But I think it's cool to highlight what it takes to initially

0:31.6

step into it when you're not anywhere close to where you want to be. In fact, you're at the

0:36.6

opposite end of the spectrum of where you want to be. What's it going to take when you feel like you're overweight,

0:41.5

you've let yourself go, and it's time to dive in and start pursuing excellence. And we talk about

0:47.2

all that stuff today. So, guys, like we always say, we have a couple things to talk about, and the show will begin momentarily. First, if you want to support the show, please go to theelectricnorth.com.

That is my Jiu-Chicistu Academy website, and that is where you can find all of our apparel items.

No one's coming to save you T-shirts, or become ungovernable, microdose adversity, all the cool shirts that we have.

Anything you purchase from the website supports the show

1:11.1

and any support is greatly appreciated. Let's go ahead and knock today's ads out and we will start

1:16.2

the show momentarily. We are first brought to you by Timeline Nutrition Mitopier. And what

1:22.3

mitopear is, it is a mitochondria enhancer and revitalizer. Mitopier uses a peptide called urolithin A, and urolithin A is derived from

1:33.1

pomegranates, but you would have to drink five glasses of pomegranate juice to get the amount

1:38.0

of urolithin A that you get inside of one serving of mitopoeir.

1:42.0

They have both grab and go packets that you add to water,

1:44.5

and they also have capsules. Your old thin A in both human and animal studies has shown to cause

1:49.8

mitophagy. And what mitophagy is, it is your body recycling dysfunctional mitochondria and producing

1:56.1

new, healthy, vibrant mitochondria. As you guys know, mitochondria is the power source of our cells,
