0:05.5	So we did texting and cold calling for a long time back in the hey day, like 2019, 2020,
0:11.2	where I could send out 100 texts and set up an appointment
0:14.8	yeah to and go get a deal yeah those days are gone yeah and can you still text and
0:20.1	kalkow absolutely yep I just it got to the point where I was having to change my messages
0:24.9	and filter things to, you know, keep up with the carriers and things getting blocked. And I just
0:30.7	didn't like the cat and mouse. I know many people are still doing it at a high level.

0:39.0	Yeah. So we gave up on that and cold calling.
0:42.0	But we still do pay-per-click, PPL, TV direct mail,
0:47.0	are our prime ones for Dark to Seller.

0:51.4	So we'll start with the easiest like PPL. Who do you use and what
0:55.6	KPI do you typically try to see from that?
0:58.6	So we use the normal ones that everyone use, the property leads, the need to sell my house fast yeah why all
1:05.5	those ones yeah we're on there and there was a time when PPL was a lot more fun
1:10.6	than it is now for sure yeah like when started, we could get leads for my primary
1:15.4	counties, Jackson County, Missouri, and Kansas City. Yeah. And you could get leads for 75 bucks and they were fire.
