just making sure that you're utilizing scruples, you shouldn't be that upset about it,

but they are. So why is that?

Well, they've been able to get away with murder of our budget quite frankly. So think about this.

They, they, we know that there's money going out. There's waste. There's fraud. There's corruption.

And when you have as much money floating

around as we do $7 trillion a year going to myriad agencies that have created their own fiefdoms,
