Summary

This week we talk all about tapping into your inner introvert. For those of you that are pretty extroverted like me this can be challenging but so necessary. And for those of you that are naturally introverted you're probably thinking duh! alone time to recharge is the best lol ! I was inspired to talk all about this after I got a couple dms that it would be a good idea to talk about me personally becoming a bit more introverted throughout my 20's. We also catch up on what's going on in my life + upcoming plans, hope you guys enjoy :)

0:05.6

Karate, and I'm so excited for today's episode. Like I said, every episode, but I really

0:11.6

am. And I also just have to say here in the beginning that I'm really grateful for all

0:17.3

your guys feedback from my last episode. I feel like I got the sweetest DMs of how

0:22.8

much you guys relate, how much I helped, and it just means the world to me. And if I ever

0:28.5

say a DM or a comment that's like, oh my gosh, you're the only podcast I listen to

0:32.3

religiously. I don't miss a podcast. You helped me like change my mindset, feel really

0:37.2

positive, and just like, you know, like a lighthearted break on my drive to work when

0:42.5

my life seems so hard right now, things like that. Like it just warms my soul and makes

0:48.0

me so happy and reminds me that what I do is meaningful. And it's like important

0:55.1

not to be like deeper first again, but sometimes it's like, you know, I'm home alone a lot

1:00.6

of the time working, recording my podcast, editing my YouTube videos, posting blah, blah,

1:06.2

blah, blah. Like you can be a little isolating doing what I do because you just work like

1:11.2

on your own. And I forget that there are people on the other side consuming the content.

1:17.3

So when I get like the sweetest feedback from you guys, it just like means a lot to me

1:21.7

more than you know. So yes, if you guys haven't listened to that episode, it's all about

1:27.0

how to not feel behind in life, not comparing, you know, your journey through life to those

1:32.4

around you, which can feel hard if you feel like all your friends are in a certain stage,

1:37.8

season of life moving forward and you feel behind. But I just talk about how like everyone's

1:42.2

meant to be right where they are and the whole thing. So you guys should give it a listen

1:46.9

if you haven't already. But pretty much if you guys can tell by the title of this episode,

1:53.5

where this idea came from was a couple of DMs from you guys on Instagram. So yes, it's
