but Matt Nagy and Ryan Pace are expected to return as the Bears head coach and general manager.

I'm joined by Cam Ellis to break down all of Tuesday night's news on the Undercenter podcast, starting right now.

What does it mean to be a Chicago bear?

It means rich tradition, black and blue division, defense.

I think it's the one franchise that when you think about them,

being a defensive player myself, I think that's the first thing you go to.

Legends, linebackers, defensive linemen, dominant players.

The history of it. I mean, I'm a big history guy,

so understanding this is one of the first franchises,

just kind of blows my mind, honestly, that was able to be a part of that.

I mean, what more can you say?

All right, Cam, we've got our verdict, it would seem.

As we're recording this, the Bears have not officially announced anything. But the word everywhere, as it's been reported by multiple sources, is that Ryan Pace and Matt and Aggie are sticking around. And Chuck Pagano is retiring.

That's how the athletic, our friends Kevin Fishpane over there, he was the first to break this story that Chuck Pagano is retiring.

So this is sort of what we expected, isn't it, Cam?

Like, in a way, we expected that there was going to be a change

somewhere, and it was probably going to be defensive coordinator, but Pace and Agi get to

keep their jobs. Yeah, I would say if there are four pieces of news tonight, two of them

surprised me, and it was that Chuck Pagana was retiring.

I was a little surprised that he's retiring versus, you know, he just went somewhere else.
