I'm going for a run. Running is great, jogging slowly and then sprinting quickly and then jogging again. Running builds my strength and helps me concentrate. This morning, before I left for school, I put my tracksuit top and some other clothes in the washing machine. But now they'll need a spin in the tumble dryer before they can be worn. Dad taught me how to use the washing machine and the dryer.

I am 15.

But don't you try to use things like washing machines or dryers yet?

Not until you're older and you've been shown how to operate them safely.

Yep, Tracksuit top is still a little damp and so are the other clothes.

So, open the dryer, put in the clothes, close the door, and switch on the dryer.

And soon my tracksuit top will be dry and ready to wear.

The dryer works from electricity.

Electricity is a wonderful form of energy,

and it's sort of mysterious and magical too,

because, well, it's everywhere in our houses,

but you can't see it.

And it's there when we need it. E-Rourgene. Electricity, something wonderful to see.
