I am your host, Shane Bacon, and we have Paul Azinger on the podcast this week to talk about the Ryder Cup.

And I know everybody is fired up about the Ryder Cup.

But I actually had to redo the introduction to this podcast because of what happened on Sunday afternoon at Eastlake.

And we talked with Paul on Saturday morning. So of course, Tiger would played well and he was

in contention. And there was a chance he might go on to win for the first time in five years and

the first time in 1800 days. But of course, we didn't know exactly what was going to happen.

And since then, Tiger is a PJ tour winner in 2018.

And I will be the first person to line up and say, I was wrong.

There are stories I've written.

There are podcast.

I have hosted.

There are tweets and everything out there media-wise where I said,

I'm not sure we'll ever see this again and I am so

happy to be wrong that scene on 18 with all the crowd moving up it looked like an open championship

on steroids I was nervous for a moment for Rory McElroy I was nervous for a moment at Tiger

Woods you know Tiger had that face he He never looked around. He never changed facial

expressions. It brought up, if you remember, when Kobe Bryant was guarding Matt Barnes and the

famous jiff where Matt Barnes kind of flexes the ball at his face and Kobe doesn't even flinch.

It's my friend Kevin Stamler's favorite thing he's ever seen. It's one of my favorite things,

too. And it reminded me of that a little bit. You know, he just, it was what he wanted.

It was this coronation of fans buzzing, excitement. We can't believe this is going on. What the
