Today, we're discussing the ongoing Supreme Court case Mahmoud v. Taylor, in which SCOTUS will be addressing whether or not parents have the right to opt their children out of curriculum featuring storybooks promoting LGBT ideology. The Maryland school board doesn't want to let parents opt out, but parents say this violates their First Amendment rights. Who will SCOTUS side with?
