0:12.4	My name is Aaron Dowdy and today we're going to be talking a lot about masculinity.
0:18.6	We're going to be talking about masculinity, understanding its dance with femininity, the
0:25.0	masculine frame, the feminine frame and understanding as well some of the biggest pitfalls I see with
0:32.8	spiritual men. Now even as I say spiritual men right now, you may be like, well, you know,
0:41.1	I'm using, I'm going to use the word men or man, but realize this can also work for same sex
0:47.2	relationships and same sex relationships as well. There will be normally somebody if it's a
0:53.2	healthy sexual polarity in it, there will be somebody that has more of a masculine energy
0:59.3	and somebody that has more of a feminine energy. And that's so that it creates polarity. Polarity
1:04.3	is very important in sexual attraction and polarity basically as somebody has the more masculine
1:10.5	frame, somebody has a more feminine frame, think of it as what keeps people as friends and keeps
1:16.5	people connected is what makes them alike and what keeps people attracted is what makes them
1:22.4	different. So if you have somebody that you are very similar to and somebody that you're dating
1:28.8	that you're very similar to or notice that when you are dating someone, sometimes you guys start
1:32.8	to become the same, that normally will cause a lack of that sexual polarity because then you're
1:38.9	becoming too similar. And on the other side of what I want to talk about here is why sometimes
1:45.4	spiritual men become more beta, what it's called beta males. Think of it as an alpha male is somebody
1:53.6	that is leading and a beta male is somebody that maybe is following the alpha males. The beta
2:02.4	males will very much play it safe. And what I want to really share in this video and in this episode
2:08.6	is that you can be both a spiritual man or masculine energy, a spiritual person and masculine at
2:19.2	the same time. So this is something that maybe you feel like you want to send if you have a
