The goal in recovery is to avoid binges, but that usually doesn’t happen 100 percent of the time as you are learning to eat normally and dismiss urges to binge. In this episode, Coach Julie and Kathryn talk about how to keep moving forward if you have a binge or multiple binges. If you treat any binge you have as a “learning moment,” you will be able to make necessary adjustments and gain confidence that you can fully let go of the habit.
