The landowners alleging trespass and assuming them for financial damages.

And as I indicated, that's looking less and less likely that they're going to get it.

But the case, the law moves slow and it moves deliberately.

Not all of this has been litigated, I mean that's why we're here right now, but you know

the law itself, that's kind of what it says

and was its original purpose was to allow these folks to move through public land with

their animals. One of the reasons we didn't mention any names on this podcast right now,
