I don't believe that pornography is a form of speech.

The Supreme Court disagrees with that, right?

I mean, presently they disagree with that.

That's right.

That's right.

So I don't think that by allowing pornographers to make and sell these videos,

that that is something that's at the heart of free speech because I think

that that's very tangential to what speech actually is. Having said that, as you

said, the Supreme Court disagrees and so that's what makes a case like this quite

difficult for people of faith, people who care about free speech, but people who also care about protecting
