Jamie 4 and we do have some news.

Matt I'm sore just because I'm getting older,

I'm still trying to work out a lot,

I'm going to Jiu-Jitsu,

and the body's not healing like it used to.

What are you now, 32, 33? I'm 33 but I've put a lot of miles on my body

obviously and the whole pro wrestling thing. A lot of falls from high places have

rendered my neck back and knees pretty much useless at this point.

But yeah, man, I'm just sore.

Hey, let me tell you man, it happens.

I'm, you know, just, I'm 36, I'm a a little bit just got a couple of years on you here but let me tell you the day I hit 30 I felt like everything changed.

Oh just like yeah yeah and every year after it feels like every year after 30 you really begin to feel it more and more and more.

Yeah, especially if you didn't take care of yourself in your 20s, you know, there's a lot of things I wish I would have done more of them.

Everyone says this, but you know, I just, I'm almost so, but you got it way worse.

You're a poison.

Oh, yeah, oh just this week. Yeah, yeah just this week. Yeah, you know, man, I went to Chipotle the other day. So maybe this is an anti-Chapotle, you know, as some people like to refer to it.

And it might not have been them, but that's the only thing I normally anytime I ever feel like I have weird, you weird you know stomach things I'm always like it's probably something that I ate that is not part of my typical

normal diet and man after that I just felt kind of like sick and gross and then literally I spent all day yesterday in bed. I mean like literally the entire I didn't do anything yesterday.

So even Teresa was like wow you really must have been sick because like you never spend like like the entire day in bed.
