Thoughts on Notre Dame, inevitably joining the big 10.

It would be sick if they were the only team to hold out. Notre Dame holds so much power right now in college football landscape. And I've never been happier, but they will still not make the playoff regardless of if they're in a conference or not in a conference.

Look, dip and dodge the question. I don't know if I want them to rather join the big 10 or the SEC. Really? I'm not sure which one. But you do know it's going to happen. Yeah. Yeah.

They're they're already in the big 10 for hockey. And I think it like for all their other sports, it would make a lot more sense to join the big 10. Right. And, you know, academics, geography. I mean, not the geography really matters anymore now that USC and UCLA are joining the big 10. But, you know, I feel like there's more sort of.

Before Midwest rivalry with Texas joined the big 10 instead of the SEC. I think it would be a sure fire rock that Notre Dame would join the big 10 because then you have USC Michigan, all their big games are already built into the schedule. So.

Yeah. Well, it'll be interesting. It will be interesting. Okay. Um, let's go on to headlines. So a couple coaching changes to talk about. So first, Iran, who is in group B with us for the World Cup.

Out of the blue, they just decided to fire their Croatian head coach, Dragon Skokic.

So this is what four months before the World Cup, it feels a little odd. Any thoughts from you guys conspiracy theories, predictions on what this means, anything.

We go kill them.

I don't think it matters for a team like that, who's an able to be going to have to sit in and just hit on the hit every team in the group on the counter anyway. So like what I mean.

From a tactical standpoint, it's not like there's going to be some big philosophy change, you know, for this team to have to try to, you know, for this team to try to get something salvageable out of the group.

Yeah. I think it's I guess fair. I don't know what the meaning of it was, but I saw that, you know, in the Reuters article that I first saw break the news. It suggested that there were a bunch of, you know, Iranian.

Domestic coaches that were ready to take over. I don't know if there's some sort of political angle to that or or what, but that's so far above my pay grade that I won't even begin to get into it. But yeah, long story short, I don't think it's a bad thing for the US.
