0:20.2	Hey everybody, it's Scott Peneered Head Coach at this Naked Mind and I am back with another
0:32.3	edition of coaching questions.
0:34.8	I've got four questions picked out for us today so I'm going to dive right in.
0:39.9	The first one reads like this, high-scot, I have a question about transitions.
0:43.8	It seems like each year they sneak up on me.
0:46.2	Kids getting out of school, summer ending, kids going back to school, the holidays
0:50.0	and so on.
0:51.0	Along with these transitions, my urge is to drink, seem to sneak up on me as well.
0:56.4	I'm curious what you would suggest about these transitions and how to best handle them
1:00.7	while living alcohol-free.
1:03.5	This is a fantastic question because yeah, it happens.
1:06.8	I remember when I was a kid and I can't remember who told me, I want to say I was my grandparents
1:11.8	or an aunt, an uncle or someone, I was complaining about how long the school year was and they
1:16.9	said, oh, just wait, the older you get, the faster it goes.
1:21.6	And boy, has that held true in my experience?
1:25.5	And so I know exactly what you mean about these things sneaking up on you.
1:28.2	It seems like all of a sudden the kids are starting school and then before I know it, it's
1:31.6	Christmas and then before I know it, it's summer again.
1:35.7	And yeah, it can be surprising.
1:37.2	And along with these transitions, we transition to kind of a new way, a new normal, right?
