Bob had a very, very important matter he had to attend to this time around.

number 220. And what I'm going to do, given that everybody is talking about this coronavirus situation

and the government's response, I've decided with Bob's consent to take two recent episodes

of the Tom Wood Show, which, by the way, if you've heard them, they bear listening to a second time for all the information to sink in, in which we look at that very question about what really are the economics of a forced shutdown.

And moreover, what will be the likely consequences of the interventions by the Federal Reserve and the federal government?
