It's not about making some great new ideal. It's taking the unique particular life that you have and holding your life with compassion and then seeing the lives of those around

you and the circles that go beyond that. And every human life has its measure of sorrows and its struggle, everyone.

And remembering that it's possible to breathe and open and expand the capacity of heart to touch it all

to hold it all from your Buddha nature from this great heart of compassion.
