They have made changes to Dominguez's car. They added a little bit of front wing took out some rear wing but to give you an idea of just how precious time is right now

The crew was running with the car with the crew members literally hanging off the back wing trying

to make the changes as the car rolled to tech.

So first season of Shamor comes to a close

definitely some bumps in the road but you guys were starting to figure it out

yeah so by the close of the 2007 season as far as you know 2008 second year of the

series it's gonna be be a great champion planning testing

booking hotels looking at the schedule we're ready to go like this is you know I'm

I'm looking forward to making right on what we weren't able to make right the first year

exactly right.

And then what happened?

And then the series filed bankruptcy.

It just stopped, ceased to exist, right?

And so we've got, you know, literally millions of dollars in equipment and staff and personnel and

sponsors and and all of these items and it just stops you know and so now all of that

equipment those cars go from being worth a million dollars apiece to

paper weights they're nothing you know all the engines are worth nothing it's just

yeah all of a sudden we went from being in a position of going racing till we're not going racing anymore.

And did you have any idea that Champcar was about to be a guy?
