This episode is for anyone who has looked at a photo of themselves and wondered if that's what they really look like. Professional photographer Jess Koehler is my guest today as we talk through all the hangups that keep us from taking, sharing, or displaying photos of ourselves, and how we can overcome them. This is not a typical "tips and tricks" episode (although we do weave tangible and emotional tips throughout). Jess and I are talking about WHY we should document ourselves, maybe even on our hardest days.
