I can't wait. Finish strong, Pat. Well, we're going to finish strong. I don't know about that team

in blue and orange, but let's start with the big development on Thursday. Jay Cutler goes on

IR. He'll have surgery on his shoulder. His season is over and likely his career here in Chicago.

Let's just start with when someone will come up to you on the street and say, why didn't it work?

Why didn't it work?

I think there was a lot of unfulfilled, you know, what they thought was going to be a great move.

And it did.

It looked like a great move when he was, you know, traded from Denver to here,

and he's got all the skills and all this upside and all this potential, and it went unfulfilled.

You know, whether it's through changing of coaches, whether it's through his own issues of, you know,

dealing with the offenses, the players that are around him. I think part of it by his own doing.

So I think you factor in all those things. And, you know, I do believe that.

That when you have, you know, five offensive coordinators, it's going to be a struggle to settle
