A major antidote to pride is to see that other people have good qualities and motives.(40:51) Zeniff is overzealous and makes an arrangement with King Laman who deceives him. Don’t be fooled by “building blindness.”(47:01) The Lord is merciful in our weakness. Zeniff’s son Noah is given charge of the people.(49:37) How the ancients portrayed their enemies helps us understand how the Nephites viewed the Lamanites.(53:28) “Lamanite blindness” is feeling wronged, getting wroth, and then wanting to hurt others. Love and gospel truths are antidotes to blindness.

0:26.6	talk about Mosiah 7 through 10. It's kind of like a switch point we're going to
0:30.4	get ready for a Benadai. Yes, the transition from King Benjamin to King Noah and how that whole story came about.
0:37.0	This is a big flashback that's happening.
0:40.0	Yeah, there were two major Nephite migrations, a little bit of history, in two major Nephite migrations.
0:45.7	The first one occurred in 2nd Nephite chapter 5 when Nephai gathers his followers and leaves
0:51.1	his brethren.
0:52.5	They must not have gone very far because they remained in the land of Nephi.
0:56.9	But the second migration occurs under King Mosiah the first, which was Benjamin's dad.
1:02.4	Apparently they needed to leave the area and they went north and discovered
1:06.0	Zarahamla and the people living in Zarahamla which were the Mulekites. Eventually King Mosiah is crowned king over all of those people.
1:15.0	But they leave the land of Nephi, which is going to be very confusing for the rest of the Book of Mormon
1:20.0	that the Nephites don't live in the land of Nephi.
1:22.0	The Lamanites do.
1:24.8	But shortly after they leave the land of Nephi and find Zarahamla, a group of Nephites want
1:30.1	to go back and dwell in the land of Nephi.
