Q&A all about being parents for almost a year.

Just over 10 months. That's pretty cool.

So if you're new here or if this is the first podcast you have listened to.

Josh and I welcomed our baby girl Oakley into the world on August 6th of 2020.

So she was a pandemic baby.

I had a pandemic pregnancy.

I do have podcasts on that if you are looking for that

information great now everyone knows what we did in quarantine no we got pregnant like

three months before quarantine oh yeah darn it so I put up a little Q&A on my

Instagram just asking you guys essentially what you know you wanted to know about our first

ten-ish almost 11 months of being parents and we're going to just kind of raw dog these we don't know what any of them are

Honestly, it's it's one of those deals. We're first-time parents and we're fitness I mean

crazy fitness people and business owners so this this will be interesting I'm

excited to see here what these questions are it was a quite a life-changing experience,

say the least.

Yeah, and there's a lot of them.
