Summary

One of the most common recommendations a personal trainer or dietitian might make to someone embarking on a weight loss journey, is to drink more water. It’s a basic behavioural recommendation, like going on walks, eating more fruit, vegetables and lean protein, adopting a consistent sleep schedule, and engaging in regular exercise; all solid recommendations. Being hydrated is certainly important for health, wellbeing and performance, but is there actually evidence that drinking water will aid weight loss? Tune into this deep dive by Dr Trexler as he breaks it down and explains why drinking more water is great advice, but probably not for the reasons you think.

We're learning a lot about the erics in these episodes, especially when we can do trios.

Helms, we learned something even before the topic that is this episode that will no doubt shock people's minds.

0:19.0

But we learned something that I would say was just as shocking before this episode.

0:24.1

We did.

0:25.4

Does it make Treks more or less human, more or less of a clone grown in a vat, the fact that he is slightly more relatable as an individual based apart in what we now know?

0:36.6

I would say slightly more relatable.

0:39.9

Okay.

0:40.3

And why is that?

0:42.1

Because when clones attempt to be more human,

0:46.2

in some ways, you can say that it betrays the fact that they are not human,

0:51.2

but they're also doing something that is quintessentially human,

0:54.2

which is trying to relate. So for me, I choose to see that as a positive.

0:58.8

Trex, you know what we're talking about, right?

1:01.7

1:07.1

Is that correct?
