fascinating and really well known and an opportunity to talk to them comes around and

they're really deeply connected to what we talk

about on this show that I'm all for it but otherwise I'm not seeking out

guests so we happen to have another really cool guest who was around that

available and is happy to snag him.

That's my friend Ali Abdul.

He is probably the most well-known productivity figure online, especially in the world of YouTube, where he has a

huge following for his videos.

A really interesting guy because he was a doctor, a practicing medical doctor in the UK.

He left that job to do his YouTube channel and productivity full time.

So he have a double point of intersection with the interest of the show here.

First of all, just someone who thinks a lot about what productivity means and how to pursue it.

Also someone agnostic to the content of what he does who made an interesting shift in his life.

So in pursuit of something deeper made somewhat of a radical change.
