So I wanted to take a second before we even dive in today

to just take a deep inhale together and just check in with your body for a second

knowing that we're going to dive into money today, what comes up for you?

Where in your body do you feel any tension or tightness, fear, panic, maybe you even feel expansion, you feel empowered, excited.

Just check in with that for a second. And you don't need to change it or shame it or make a feeling go away.

Just acknowledging what is coming up is perfectly fine and is your first

indicator of how you're going to start to unpack and unravel around money.
