Okay, folks, welcome back to the show, the Eric Anderson-Lanks show. We're very excited to have a really interesting conversation I think with perhaps one of my heroes, my original heroes in golf.

Two-time master champion Bubba Watson.

Yeah, I was like a little bit nervous actually, you know, I've been in his midst've I've been in his midst I've been in his

aura we all watched his shot I've been to the plaque you know I remember him

smashing cakes and so I was really excited to you, have the real privilege of sitting down with him a fellow, a fellow

ping man.

He has a, we didn't talk about it actually on the pod, but he has the ping for life contract.

He's the only one with the ping for life.

Which I think is really cool.

Yeah, so, you know, I mean, I guess quick update, we are going to Scotland.

Yes, well you're listening to this right now we are on a plane to Edinburgh.

Yeah, I mean unless you listen to it in like a year.

At which point we could probably still be on a plane. That's how, you know, quantum. That's how the golf calendar works. The Bubba interview, I would almost say it might be the toughest interview in golf because there's a lot.

Everyone you talk to about it, they're like, oh, that man's gonna work you.

Yeah, he, you know, he's creative on and off the golf course,

conversationally, very creative.

It was really interesting, you know what I mean?

If you're not familiar with Bubba, you know, he wrote a book.

It's a really interesting book. I haven't read it but I'm familiar with it I don't

read a lot of books so it's not personal to him but you know it's this interesting story

it's called up and down and you, it's a story about his life on and off the golf course.

It covers his career, but also it covers, you know, I think three interesting things that you don't really get a lot from golfers.
