So this is actually 3 28. Oh, so what did I go through that whole thing for? Okay,

hi, 328. Okay, it's my opportunity to talk to you and take your questions every week.

And I mean every week.

I am really devoted to the fireside chat.

A couple of thoughts and then of course I take your questions.

By the way I do want to remind you because I do, I often, I do often remind you

that I really do believe it's worth listening to any one of these

328 again because I try to make everyone meaningful and very few are dated in other words not relevant anymore okay so a couple

of things on my mind I'll begin with something you won't expect.

The lyrics to a Taylor Swift song.

I know the song is out about a year.

It was nominated for a Grammy Award as the top song and

album of the year I think it's called anti-hero or anti-hero but it is worth, it is definitely worth by mentioning it to you. If I can

find where I put the lyrics, there we go. It's not insignificant and many of you will know these lyrics. It's the

refrain of the song actually one part of it. So it's me high I'm the problem it's me. I stare directly at the sun but never in the mirror
