Hi everybody Dennis Prager in Fireside Chat Number 335 good to be with you all and as you probably know by now I open up with some thoughts on what is on my mind at that moment and

then take your questions.

I do want to remind you incidentally that I try tried from the beginning to make every

fireside chat sort of timeless not sort of, actually timeless.

Even though it might be rooted in some event of the moment, like during the lockdowns,

I spoke about how bad the lockdowns were.

I turned out to be right right incidentally, which is very important

because people should have credibility or lose credibility based on positions that they take.

And I was right about how bad lockdowns were for society and for children.

But anyway I'm only mentioning this because it's worth going back to earlier fireside chats for a lot of good ideas that I hope permeate every single episode.

So as most of you probably know, I've been doing a radio talk show for

40 years. It's not possible to overstate how valuable

talking with not to talking with so many people has been informing my understanding of the

human condition and I this is I it sounds like a boast and if you hear it as a boast that's fine

But the question is not whether it's a boast or whether it's true and it's true. I am convinced I have spoken with, not too, with more people

than any living human being. 40 years as a talk show host makes that possible.

So I just had a show and two people called in

and I'd like to share with you what they told me.

One was a young mother of a high school girl.

She told me that her high school senior in high school daughter had said in one of

her classes, I don't know the context but it doesn't matter only women

menstruate and the teacher said to her that's your opinion.
