1:18.3	This was a very big week for me. It was a year ago this past week that I decided to do a number of life-changing things. I decided to separate from my
1:32.9	husband, and two months later, I decided to leave. And in that two-month period, I decided to make
1:39.9	this podcast. A year ago, today, I was in the worst place I had ever been in my life. I felt like I didn't
1:48.6	even recognize myself anymore. I was literally losing my voice. I found that I couldn't even
1:56.2	speak to my closest friends. Myself was just like evaporating. And I didn't even know if I could ever get myself back again.
2:06.3	A year ago, I remember sitting on my bathroom floor sobbing, and I remembered that years and years
2:13.8	ago, I used to feel like I had this like a wise center, like a protective spirit,
2:21.8	and that would tell me such wise things about how to move forward in my life.
2:27.3	But I hadn't heard from her in so long.
2:30.1	So I sat there and just pleaded for her to find me again. I just kept saying, I am right here.
2:38.8	Come and find me. And maybe it was just because I was so receptive, but I heard a voice, my voice, her voice.
