So who do you hang out with? I mean really who do you spend the most time with on a

weekly basis? Now do you ever step back and contemplate how successful they are, for example, in their

relationships or with their finances or really just with their life in general.

Because if you hang around with them long enough, you're going to be exactly

like them in almost every way including

those key areas. Now that's the topic of this week's own your power clip.

It's something I stress heavily in my coaching and at my live events and that is the importance of consciously

choosing your peer group. Now if you're convinced multi-family real estate
