And I wanted to start this episode off a little differently,

mostly because while we were recording,

Shanti brought up that her birthday was going to be approaching.

And it didn't dawn on me to remind y'all of how important, necessary,

vital Shanti is for our lives. And I wanted to make sure that I took this moment to reflect on all this shanty is to me,

to this podcast and to this community.

I hardly have any voice because I just drove back from Philly from celebrating her and having so much fun with my damn best friends in celebration of her.

She deserves that because as I reflected on my ride home today, I thought about all that Shanti has taught me,

all that she continues to teach me, and will continue to teach me.

And to know her is to love her, right?

To be loved by her is to love yourself.

And she's really helped me in that journey she is powerful beyond what she even understands and recognizes about herself her Her charisma.
