I did not see a double-duty Timothy Shalamey S&L coming.

I will tell you that much.

No, I don't think anybody did. And I have to tell you that for like a split second, I had a momentary thought of like, is he doing this as little Timmy Tim? And then the Bob Dylan of it all reentered my brain. Okay, since this announcement, the way the archives have just been unloaded with footage of a Timothy Shalameh, Circa, LaGuardia High School, like the way that man ran a talent show.

Those videos from his high school days have been like seared into my brain since the first time I ever saw them.

And I am unwilling to admit

just how many times I've watched them since then, because it's now been years. But the joy that I

get from them being resurfaced again, the joy that I get from the idea of somebody who has only

known Timothy Shalame as this A-list Oscar-nominated actor, realizing who he was in high school and the life he had as a New York teenager is one of my favorite things in the world.

That's what it is for me. It's exactly that. It's like, yeah, listen, if I'm scrolling TikTok, for example, I love when those pop up. It's always fun to be reminded. But I am constantly putting myself in the mind of someone who is truly seeing this for the first time because that's a feeling we're all craving. You know, when there's a celebrity that you feel so well acquainted with in terms of like their work and who they are. And then all of a sudden you're

shown something from the archives that just rocks your world. Like someone every time those

surface is having that experience. And I think that's beautiful. That is beautiful. I'm like jealous

of being able to have that. By the way, the other one that's constantly circulating is him and Marcello's

baby face song. Another thing I am deeply envious of people saying for the first time.

No, that is one of my, I'm not going to say my favorite S&L moments ever, but like it's up there.

It's one of my tops. We don't not talk about enough, even if it's joking and playful and part of an S&L song monologue,

the fact that Timothy Chalmay is acknowledging that he is hung like a horse.
