Fully fell down the stairs in my I live in a townhouse

So I was going to bring my dog out and I just missed the last stare and just beefed it y'all like

I hit the ground hard um, and I was just like in shock phase of like a line on the ground like I don't know if I'm hurt

My body hasn't told me yet. I know you've never fall over right because you don't do anything active

That's right. I'm a world-class fall. I'm a dancer. I'm a horseback rider. I fall all the fucking times

I'm very good at anyway

The next day I went into the urgent care near us and I have a sprained right half of my foot

Um, my right foot like the outside and then a spray

Another podcasting injury. He has sprained big toe on my left foot

I have more stories about that that I am going to tell you on no, and there's a very charming anecdote
