It's me, it's Trent. We're going to keep it fun today. Well, there is one sad story, but we'll talk about that.

But overall, it's going to be fun. We're just going to BS. We're going to catch you up on some stuff

that we've been doing. We're going to talk a retirement of an American war hero. We're going to teach you about the aides of March and why it's so terrible, then we're going to talk about probably the funniest news story that I've seen for a lot of reasons. People die

and the person doing it is hilarious. So we're going to talk about that. And that made Trent

happy right there. I mean, funny death is pretty funny. Listen, man, it's good. I've talked about

it before, but, you know, I was going to talk about

a podcast. I'm not going to talk about another podcast. So we'll just, we'll just get right into.

with Lulu sizing recently. I am a Lulu guy. No big deal. I have a lot of money.

When I was buying Lulu, ever since I've gotten in shape, I've really noticed. I'm like,

man, these pants are really meant for like dudes with straight legs and like like the sizing is always weird like it's

European weird sizing half the time I love Lulu I've worn their shorts and their pants forever

but their color combos and stuff are just off so went to barbell never look back from the gym
