I'm going to be sharing with you today the things that I started doing differently that completely changed my journey with sourdough in the hopes that it will also have the same benefit

So I wanted to just walk you through what my journey with sourdough looks, has looked like in where I've landed today to give you some hopes and some pointers so that you also can be at that place where you're like, sourdough is awesome and amazing.

And it doesn't take a ton of time or a ton of flour.

Because we only have what we know is our little instant yeast packets now since about the 1940s.

Prior to that, you were pretty much using sourdough or making other forms of homemade yeast.

Sourdough is one of the most universal and easy ways to capture the yeast and the bacteria that are already naturally in the environment.
