Alexis Dubus is an award winning comedian and actor. His awards include winning Chortle Award - Best Character, Mervyn Stutter's Spirit Of The Fringe Award, Best Show - Fringe World Award, Adelaide Fringe Weekly Awards, Amused Moose Comedy Award and Buxton Fringe Award. Alexis regularly performs as Marcel Lucont, a multi-award-deserving deadpan Frenchman, with his acclaimed interactive show, in which he serves up a unique Whine List from the audience’s past woes and misdemeanours. Marcel has been seen on Live At The Comedy Store (Comedy Central), Set List (Sky Atlantic), The John Bishop Show (BBC1) and Live At The Electric (BBC3). Alexis’s acting credits include Red Dwarf XI, Ricky Gervais’s Derek, Pramface, Nathan Barley and Garth Marenghi.

0:14.1	I'm Mike Fenton-Stevens, and my time capsule is the podcast where people tell me five things from their life they wish they had in a time

0:32.4	Alexis is a London-based performer who roams the globe talking nonsense and more often than not, pretending to be other people.
0:39.9	He started off as a sketchwriter and performer with student sketch group Uber Sausage at the Edinburgh Fringe,
0:46.0	and has since made numerous TV and radio appearances all over the world.
0:50.1	He's published a book and written 10 live shows.
0:52.9	He also ran and co-hosted the much-loved Falling Down with Laughter comedy club for six years
0:58.3	with Cy Thomas and is a proud board member of the Alternative Comedy Memorial Society.
1:04.7	He hosts The Spirit of the Fringe podcast.
1:07.5	Alexis also, amongst his many characters, can be seen as Marcel Leconte, a multi-award
