0:30.4	as most of you know, I do a public coaching call, which means anybody can come and I coach
0:38.7	anyone that wants coaching on any topic they want on the fly. So one of the things that I wanted
0:46.7	to do is share with you some of the coaching that we did on the last public coaching call. The reason
0:55.0	I wanted to share this one was because everyone who came to the call kind of had the same issue.
1:01.6	They were feeling stuck in their current job, feeling like they weren't making progress, questioning
1:08.2	their career choices, and how to be happier in their current job and also how to be more successful.
1:16.7	So we did some great coaching. I think there's a lot of really powerful tidbits in there that you
1:22.7	can apply to your own life and pull out for your own musing. And so please enjoy this edition

1:45.3	other week to give you all a chance to be coached and also to hear what it's like to
1:53.3	be a coach really. I mean that's what I'm doing. I'm coaching on the fly. I don't prepare for
1:59.2	these calls. So basically the issue that's presented, I coach using the material and the tools that I
2:05.6	have. So I usually start the call by doing an overview of either the model, which is the main
2:16.1	tool that I use in all of my coaching, or I review some of the tools that I use. And so one of
2:23.7	the things that I want to do today is I want to review both of them and I want to talk about them
2:29.5	briefly. I also want to just give you kind of some insight on what it's like to be a coach
