Hello and welcome to the Being Well podcast. My name is Forrest Hansen.

Today we're starting the first episode focused on our new topic of

0:14.6

mindfulness, which we'll be exploring in four different episodes over the next month.

0:18.9

Today we're primarily focusing on the concept of studying the mind and particularly looking at how you can really use

1:41.4
