1:21.4	there for the past couple years, which is sad, because it used to be such a bright light, a beacon of hope, and it's good to hear
1:28.1	the boots on the ground. You're over there. Things are looking brighter. Yeah. So we actually got
1:33.1	started with say back in SF. And I think at that time it was kind of reaching its like pico bottom.
1:38.0	So I remember 2021, it was kind of nice. And then it just progressively became worse and worse. So
