The Warriors took home a must-win game two Sunday night by dispatching the Celtics

107 to 88.

The narratives will fly today and there'll be some experts that reach and some that relax.

Me, I'm in the ladder group.

The Celtics accomplished their mission of taking one of the two games at Golden State

to kick off the 2022 NBA finals.

And I want to win every game just like I'm sure the Celtics did,

but to take anything other than that Celtics have the advantage after these first two games

is borderline foolish in my opinion.

What I am noticing is that like the NBA as a league now,

this final series isn't going to be one by one person.

Long gone are the days where a single mega star can individualize his way to a championship

for a franchise.

That's why I've dubbed this finals with the moniker the role player finals.

Look at the huge difference in the role player output for each team going from game one to game two.

In game one, Hoarford Smart and Derek White combined and not only outshine the warrior stars,

but their reserves as well.
