This week we have Jane,

Kostin once again, obviously we had her lesson a month ago,

but two pretty big things happened between the period of the

original publication of the episode and today, A, we had a

election and a bunch of people actually asked us to bring Jane

back. She's a really great check on Saga and my more

excitable moments, but two, it was announced that Jane is going

to be taking over the argument podcast with The New York Times,

which is currently hosted by Ross Douthett who we just had in

our last episode. So two of our real cool items that we talk about

of Jane. Jane is a great check on any of my instincts in order

to project all of my wants and desires on the future. And

Marshall does that job very well. Anybody, all my greatest

critics will say, who the hell are you? And you know what?

That's their job in this episode jokes aside, Jane is an

extraordinarily thoughtful person, not really about the right,

but about people and politics in general, she really goes

scorched earth against the pundit class for doing exactly what I was

talking about, which is projecting themselves onto a group of

people who don't find themselves ideologically consistent,

because they don't care about ideology. They care about how
